Navigate to the Citizen Portal or download our mobile application. Click on "Report Issue", take a photo of the location, describe the problem, and our system will automatically stamp the report with GPS coordinates.
Eco-Points are awarded based on positive environmental actions. You earn 10 points for a verified dumping report, 50 points for registering as a recycling advocate, and bonus points whenever a driver confirms an area you reported has been cleaned.
Priority issues (like biohazards or blocked roads) are dispatched immediately. Standard missed collection reports are automatically added to a driver's optimized route and are typically resolved within 24-48 hours.
City officials can log in via the "Dashboard" link in the navigation menu. Ensure you have authorized credentials provided by your municipality's IT department. Use the login button at the top right for instant access.
